We offer a one-time exchange for non-customised items within 5 days of receiving your order. Please write to us at hello@lovegem.co with your name and order number, and we will be happy to assist further.

Please note that all items:

• Need to be in their original and unworn condition when returned.
• Must be shipped back to us in the original box to avoid damaging the jewellery. Any returns with damage will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs are covered by you. Please use a registered postal service with a tracking system as lost returns will not be processed.

We reserve the right to reject an exchange if it does not comply with our policy.

All customised orders are non-exchangeable or refundable.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please send us an image or video of the defective item along with your name and order number to hello@lovegem.co.

In the event that the item to be replaced is out of stock, a refund will be issued to you.
