All Lovegem pieces are all made in 14k or 18k solid gold to ensure longevity and durability. This means that there is 58.3% and 75% pure gold content for our 14k gold and 18k gold jewellery respectively.

Fine jewellery is usually made from a gold alloy as pure 100% gold is too soft for daily wear. Other metals such as copper, silver and zinc is used to increased its strength and durability.

This is also why Lovegem jewellery are forever pieces under regular wear and basic care.

All gemstones used in our jewellery are natural unless otherwise specified.

Pink sapphires - No treatment

Green tsavorites - No treatment

Blue sapphires - Heat treatment has been given to give a more even colour.

Treatment is only used in certain types of gemstones where colour and transparency is too varied to achieve consistency and product assurance.

Unfortunately, we do not provide certificates for gemstones for our ready-to-wear line, but we apply a stringent process for quality assurance and gem identification for our pieces to ensure they go out to happy customers.

For all in-stock items, please allow up to 3 business days for your orders to be dispatched.

Shipping time for Singapore orders is 2 - 4 business days, while international orders will take 5-10 business days.

For pre-orders, Please note that there is a production lead time as all our pieces are handcrafted.

Production lead time can range from 4 - 10 weeks depending on the design and is specified on item page.

Once the items are shipped to us and checked, order processing and shipping will take up to 7 working days for Singapore-based orders and up to 14 days for international orders.
